Realty & Construction, LLC announced the latest in a portfolio
of designations and certifications of Joe Swanson Jr. and his
staff, as Swanson has obtained the "Certified Green
Professional" certification. The national Association of Home
Builders' Certified Green Professional designation recognizes
builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who
incorporate green building principles into homes-without driving
up the cost of construction. "In our business of building
commercial, industrial and residential homes, I felt this
education and knowledge was critical to our organization being a
responsible part of our environment and community." Swanson
