Swanson honored with Life Spike Award
Joe
Swanson, Jr. has received a Life Spike Award for his
contributions to the Rutherford County Home Builders Association
(RCHBA).
Joe
Swanson, Jr., Builder and owner of Swanson Realty LLC &
Construction Co. has been an active participant in the
Murfreesboro & Rutherford County home building industry for many
years developing quality subdivisions such as Jamison Place,
Victory Pointe, Kingdom Ridge and the soon to come Villages at
Victory Station. Joe’s colleagues and friends have described him
as a “stalwart friend and dependable anchor of the community and
leader in the home building industry”.
Being a
longtime resident of Rutherford County and devout Christian
family man, Joe has been involved with many organizations over
the years. He is currently a staunch supporter of the Lazarus
Project, who help troubled young men turn their lives around by
showing them Christ’s love.
